Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TAP platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

TAP provides an interface for Ethereum liquid staking via the Lido Finance protocol, along with AI-powered staking advisory services. TAP is not a financial adviser, broker-dealer, or investment manager. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice.

TAP is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, or manage your digital assets. All staking activity is executed directly on the Ethereum blockchain via audited smart contracts. You maintain full custody of your assets at all times.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Staking Services and Risks

Acknowledgement of risk: You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency assets are highly volatile and their value can decrease significantly
• Staking rewards (APY) fluctuate and are not guaranteed; historical rates do not indicate future performance
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or be subject to exploits despite auditing
• Withdrawal from the Ethereum staking queue may take several days depending on network conditions
• Regulatory changes may affect the legality or availability of staking services in your jurisdiction

You accept full responsibility for your investment decisions. TAP bears no liability for losses arising from staking activities.

5. AI Advisory Services

The AI voice advisory feature provides informational guidance only. AI-generated responses do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making significant investment decisions. TAP makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

6. Fees

TAP charges a platform fee on staking rewards, not on your principal. The exact fee rate is displayed on the platform before you stake and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Lido Finance also charges a protocol fee which is accounted for in the displayed APY figure.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TAP to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements
• Launder money or finance terrorist activities
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access systems without authorisation
• Use the platform if you are subject to sanctions by OFAC or equivalent authorities
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform without permission
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the TAP platform are owned by or licensed to Trade Advisory Pro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE TAP PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO TAP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TAP harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration, with each party bearing its own costs. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against TAP.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of TAP after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
