1. Who We Are
Trade Advisory Pro is the data controller responsible for your personal information. We operate the TAP platform at tradeadvisorypro.com and related mobile applications. For data-related enquiries, contact us at privacy@tradeadvisorypro.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Email address and password (account registration)
- Display name or username
- Messages you send to our support team
Wallet and blockchain data
- Public wallet addresses you connect to the platform
- On-chain transaction hashes (publicly visible on Ethereum)
- Staking positions and balances (derived from on-chain data)
Usage and technical data
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, features used, and session duration
- Error logs and performance metrics
3. How We Use Your Information
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the TAP platform
- Authenticating your identity and securing your account
- Processing staking transactions on your behalf
- Sending transactional emails (confirmations, security alerts)
- Responding to your support enquiries
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Complying with legal obligations and regulatory requirements
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, use it for targeted advertising, or share it with data brokers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following sub-processors to provide the TAP service:
- Supabase: authentication and database (EU region, GDPR-compliant)
- Lido Finance: on-chain staking infrastructure (decentralised, on Ethereum)
- Reown / WalletConnect: Web3 wallet connection protocol
- Vapi / ElevenLabs: AI voice advisory processing
- Resend: transactional email delivery
- Vercel: hosting and CDN infrastructure
All sub-processors are contractually bound to protect your data in line with GDPR Article 28.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may prevent you from logging in to your account.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personally identifiable information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial record-keeping obligations). Note that on-chain data on Ethereum is immutable and beyond our ability to delete.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Restriction: request that we limit processing of your data

8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication support, and regular security audits. No system is completely secure; we will notify you promptly of any breach that affects your data.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. For transfers from the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of TAP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
